2024 Commitment Day

What is Commitment Day? A one-stop event to make sure that everything is complete to insure your son is eligible to play.   Teams will be given specific times to come to commitment day.  Families will hand in several forms, verify contact information, try on sample uniforms to determine the size needed.

Commitment Day Events

·      Turn in Paperwork

·      Make 1st Payment 

·      Parent meeting with the club director.  This will begin promptly at the time listed for your team.

·      Parent meeting with team coaches, if possible. 

·      Uniform Sizing – Can be done prior or after the parent meeting

Needs for Commitment Day

·      A parent and the team member

·      Completed Financial Responsibility form

·      Completed Handbook form

·      Completed Assumption of Risk form

·      Copy of birth certificate if you are new to the club

·      Initial payment of $475 which includes uniform cost

2:30   14 Orange, 14 Navy, 15 Orange

3:30   12 Orange, 13 Orange 

4:30   16 Navy, 16 White, 17 Navy

5:30   16 Orange, 17 Orange, 18 Orange
